Foot pain during step class?
I love doing step classes. I also do RIPPED, and pump. During step in particular though, the bottoms of my feet get very sore, so the point where I don't push myself as much as I could, or it affects how I'm working out. I look forward to the times we're doing repeaters or something and I can give one of my feet a short…

Boot Camp Classes?
I'm new to classes at the gym, I'm loving them, but I find that whenever I want to try a new one I haven't done before I get pretty nervous. So far, I've been doing Body Step, RIPPED, and Body Pump. I do have a question though, I've always been told not to work the same muscle groups 2 days in a row. But, with the class schedule, I'm finding sometimes…

I've Google'd low carb diets, but I'm…

Starting Low Carb diet - confused!
I just found out my blood sugar is slightly high, so my doctor is recommending exercise (which I also need to, and am going to, start) and a low carb diet. I've Google'd low carb diets, but I'm confused by the different ones out there, and it seems like so much information I don't know where to look first. I just need a…
