Kind of NSV
I realize that a NSV has nothing to do with the scale. However, my NSV has everything to do with the scale. It is my first NSV since I started. I officially make the Army weight standard! I don't have to have my body fat measured every 6 months! First time in around 2 years. I'm super excited.

24 hour shift and calories
I'm on a 24 hour shift and I went over my calories. Do you think it evens out because I'm using the energy being awake rather than sleeping?

I'm not sure I'm eating enough, please help.
I started dieting around a month ago, not counting calories but I cut out the junk food and started eating healthy. The foods I've been eating keep me full longer. I started MFP around 10 days ago.
