Now that I have lost 100lbs, I need help!
So I am pretty stoked I met my first major weight loss goal of 100 lbs but now I have a new struggle...my arms. I have a lot of fat and low hanging skin on the back of my arms. At my gym, they gave me exercises but I don't think they are helping. Does anyone have any advice?

I can't really afford one but with Kmart's layaway I am going to get one. Kmart has 3 brands of varying prices. Polar, which I have heard good things about, Garmin, which I have heard nothing about and Sportline, which I have heard nothing about and it's inexpensiveness makes me apprehensive. Any advice?

I am thinking about trying one of these. I don't have the best endurance when it comes to working out because I have asthma but I give it my best. What do you guys recommend? P90X, Insanity or 30 Day Shred?
