Its eating lower one day and more the next.... (example, 900 calories today, 1300 tomorrow, 1000 the next day ...etc)
You still eat the same amount of calories your supposed to for the week, but you do it differently...
If you go here, fill in the info, then hit zigzag, it will show you how much you should eat during your calorie cycling

Well, I just got off one finally and am moving the numbers down again. All I can say is that I changed up my exercise routine like they say and started biking instead of walking and added in some Fitness Blender video workouts (youtube or fitnessblenders.com) but that didn't seem to have any effect until I decided to give this lower sodium thing a whirl and set my limit at 1500 on here and changed my tracking to show me sodium instead of cholesterol (which seemed to be pretty much under control anyway without any particular effort). I guess there's more to it than I thought (considering it seems to be the "in thing", or fad in weight loss TV from what I've read and heard from others, which always makes me skeptical) cause like I said, my scale numbers are going down again. I'm going to keep trying it and see if it has long term effect. I just stopped adding salt to most recipes, got unsalted butter and looked for lower sodium ingredients when I went shopping. I use more pepper and other salt-free seasonings, herbs and spices instead and it's really amazing how with most dishes, you don't really miss the salt like you thought you would as long as there is a good flavor there.....and you actually taste the food, not the salt! :o)

I was told once to cut back on fruit and eat more veggies. The fruit has more natural sugar and by cutting it out will help get past a plateau. Also switch to whole grains if you haven't already. Good luck!

The diet I used to follow had no sodium at all..just what was natural in food. I lost weight rapidly..and I think the no sodium and 100 ounces of water a day was the secret to to the diet.

Up your protein and cut carbs, including fruit and it will break.
