do you think low-fat diet = beneficial, why/why not?
I usually try to keep my fat intake at 22% - 20% of total calories consumed. Typically 27 grams/1,200 calories. Do you think there are really any benefits to doing this or am I wasting my time? How often do you have "treats"/ what is your fave?
I have a "treat day" once or twice a week (otherwise I go insane and binge lol). Usually Monday &/or Friday. My faves: -Vegan chocolate pancakes with 1 tbsp nut butter on top -Lara bars -Nugo Mint bars -Any kind of dark chocolate -Justin's Hazelnut butter what about you?

Mine is BREAKFAST! I adore breakfast food, mostly because I love fruit! My favorite thing to have is Oatmeal with tons of fruit and a bit of almond milk, and also mixed in seeds or nuts. I also love fruit smoothies... MMMMmm I'm excited for breakfast tomorrow lol. What about everyone else?
