i have trouble in the sense that any foods i eat that I don't deem to be heathy always leads to a binge because i feel like i've ruined my 'perfect' diet and my meal wasn't 'pure.' so i go all or nothing, and if i eat one 'bad' thing, i have to eat EVERY 'bad' thing in sight.

when they over post/get annoying and especially when they keep talking about eating disorder related stuff cause it triggers me. and also when they post statuses about irrelevant stuff like their boyfriend or something

all fruits and vegetables. high fiber foods: pears, raspberries, grapefruit, celery, chia seeds, flax seeds, bananas, apples, pumpkin, baby corn, leafy greens...

at least 45 usually somewhere around 55... sometimes even 65 ahh it's hard to eat that much though.

i'm super interested in raw foodism and aspire to become one when it's feasible. I've gone the most about 1 week eating all raw, felt really good, but wasn't eating enough calories.

i'm the same way i get so anxious that i'm constantly prepping the food for the day and picking out specific dishes/silverware to use and obsessing over the next days/weeks meal plan. it's exhausting & annoying sometimes.

just move on and get back on track right away. don't restrict your calories or it may lead to a cycle of binging. one day won't kill you and it definitely won't make you gain anymore than MAYBE a pound (if it was a big binge), and if the scale says otherwise it's just water /food weight. The best advice is to forgive…

fruits like canteloupe, pears, mangoes, raspberries, bananas, and apples have a lot of fiber to keep you full for relatively few calories.

Anything with partially hydrogenated oil in it. i just can't do it. Also, anything with splenda or other sweeteners that are unnatural I won't touch. And anything "artificially flavored" for the most part unless i'm freaking out and binging. And obviously nothing with dairy, egg, animal products in it, as well as…

i'm 5'4, size 5. weight: 95.6 but i like my pants baggy since i'm very self-conscious

it's all about body composition. everyone's different. I thought I'd be a size 1 or 3 at the weight I am now (95), but i'm a 5. A lot of girls I know weigh the same as me, yet have smaller clothing sizes, like a 00. There are even some girls who are the same height as me yet weigh more and are a smaller size. don't compare…

canteloupe smoothie: 1.5c canteloupe, .5 banana (both frozen) blended with .5 c almond milk and water. It's less than 200 calories, so filling and tastes like frosty dessert. also love celery w/ 1tbsp PB and 1.5 tbsp raisins. less than 200 and apples with cinnamon and almonds and my new favorite- baked sweet potato cut…

oh my god that all looks so good. I wish i could have the patience/time to cook elaborately like that, but i mostly just eat oatmeal, fruit, salads, and some type of beans most of the time
-
beans with rice and corn in lettuce wraps

i do it at LEAST a day in advance, but usually I'll sit down and plan up to 4 days to a week. It helps me stay on track and stick with my meal plans, and plus then I'll know what to buy at the grocery store already :-)

I add pureed pumpkin from a can in things! It's my latest obsession. I'll make "pumpkin pie oatmeal" or "pumpkin spice smoothies" just add pumpkin, banana, and soaked dates with pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon, and it is yummy n delicious!
