    Hi,

As I don't cook as often as I'd like (various reasons), tonight I am making meatloaf with potatoes (not sure how yet) and peas.

I also have some fresh tomoatoes and cucumbers soaking in oil and vinegar as a side.

I can't wait for dinner. LOL

    Paula-feel free to add me!

Methinks I'll make this tonight...with fresh green beans as a side.

I've got pasta with veg (leftover broccoli and a little asparagus from last night and some nice peppadew spicy peppers). Might melt a bit of mascarpone on top. Not thrilling, but the leftovers need to be eaten.

Going out for Panera tonight so not cooking...but my lunch is crockpot buffalo chicken in lettuce wraps, toast w/peanut butter, and fruit. Random combination...but yummy!

Leftover lasagna Rollups with a side salad.

Now that I have made them, I don't think they are worth the work. I'd rather just make the lasagna.

Salmon with stir fry vegetables, noodles and oyster and spring onions sauce.

(There was meant to be king prawns in it too but I was hungry earlier so ate those as a snack!)
