Diet and surgery recovery (Gynecomastia)
I'm going under the knife tomorrow to remove some glandular tissue. Heavy weightlifting wont be done for 5-6 weeks. But since I am in the middle of a cut, is it safe to keep going with my diet or should I increase calories to maintenance for the first few days?

Do you plan meals for the week?
I find that if I plan my meals for the week I stick to it better. Just now I entered all my meals in from Saturday (today) to next Saturday when I will have a nice cheat meal. That's something to look forward to IMO.
