August Exercise Challenge!
I'm getting unmotivated to exercise and so I am starting an August exercise challenge: Rules: 1) Exercise 6 days/week 2) Do it for 4 weeks straight If you're interested, I'll create a group and we can log in our exercise every day, motivate and encourage each other! :smile: :smile: :smile:

Cannot stick to an exercise regimen!
Decide. Commit. Succeed. I always decide but that’s as far as it goes. Commitment. Still a work in progress. I attempted Insanity, P90X, Couch to 5K app, Nike Trainer App, Jamie Eason Live Fit, Jamie Easons Fat Burning, Brazilian Butt Lift, 10 Minute Trainer and Slim in 6, but I haven’t completed any one of these programs.…

Cheat days = SABOTAGE!
How do you feel about cheat days? And what do you consider cheat foods? No more cheat days for me! I find that when I cheat on something, I tend to want to eat "bad" foods throughout the weekend.

HELPPP Not losing weight!!
Im 5"7, 182 lbs and my BMR is 1600, I exercise 3-5 times a week, I've calculated that I should eat 2000 calories if I am to be 20% under my TDEE. Does this sound correct? I've been on a clean diet and intense exercise sessions (bootcamp) for 2 months now and I've only lost 4lbs. Any recommendations?? Thanks xx
