Have any of you tried these products that are the new rave? Do they work? Are they bad for you? I could do for a brief quick fix for 10-15 pounds then get back to eating my normal healthy 1200 cals. Id it all just a scam?

I'm also new and not great at navigation but I love this site for the ease of finding the caloris in what I eat. That alone is so helpful...and tracking how my exercise is helping. I too have a way to go but slow and steady wins the race...I hope:)
