I have lost and gained the same couple of pounds for months now. I have been much more active since I got my Fitbit on April 16th but my pounds won't budge. I am SO confused at the amount I need to eat. Any suggestions? These are the numbers I got: BMR 1504 TDEE 2068 15% cal reduction 1758 20% cal reduction 1654 Cut 1758

I'm just getting back on the band wagon today after visiting my nutritionist. I've gained and lost and gained again 50 pounds. It is so discouraging. But I have to do this!
