So of course, waahhhh, I got on the scale this week and it was 2 lbs. up. I have been doing some serious strength training 2-3 times a week for about four weeks now. Could this have anything to do with it?
I know MFP always adds my calories burned to my daily allotment, but I feel like I shouldn't touch those. What do you guys think? Do you eat your exercise calories?
