Working so hard - but GAINING weight :(!
I've been counting calories and exercising for over a month now, what am I doing wrong? Am I eating the wrong amount of calories - mfp gives me a goal of 1350. Porridge or weetos?
Weetos is 118 calories and Jordans porridge is 245! So with weetos it's easier to stick to my calorie goal for the day, but they're unhealthier.. Which should I eat for breakfast?
