A little bit goes a long way..
I started the Atkins last Sunday.. but modified it just a tad. I have been eating a serving of fruit/veggies so that I get fiber but I've cut out all breads. I expected it to be hard and I'd be craving them all the time but I don't. I weighed in today and I lost 5 lbs!! I know its minor but I am so happy!! I did work out 4…
