A little bit goes a long way..

I started the Atkins last Sunday.. but modified it just a tad. I have been eating a serving of fruit/veggies so that I get fiber but I've cut out all breads. I expected it to be hard and I'd be craving them all the time but I don't. I weighed in today and I lost 5 lbs!! I know its minor but I am so happy!! I did work out 4 days this week and have been following an interval cardio plan and rotating upper and lower body weight training routines.

5 lbs but I'm so happy! Reading everyones success stories on the blogs really help insipre me to keep pushing myself! :)
