This morning I woke up completely exhausted from this week and made the decision to take the day off from exercise. Now I am sitting here doing homework feeling guilty! Does anyone else just need to take a break from exercising? P.S.--I'm still eating good today, just needed to relax a little.
Hi! I'm Molly & brand new to this site. I heard about it from my cousin and am excited to see how it can help. I work out 3 times a week with a personal trainer but haven't been doing very good with my eating habits. I am hoping this site will help me to keep better track! I am excited for this new adventure!
