If for example you are on a 1200 Cal diet, and you are looking to burn 3500 cals a week to lose 1lb per week, do you need to burn the calories or can you cut some out from food. Carbs and Protein... before/after workout?
Is it better to eat protein before your workout and carbs after? Or vice versa? I have heard that you shouldnt eat carbs 2 hours before you work out as you will be working off the carbs you ate rather than the fat you have stored....any advice?
