Swollen ankles and legs
I have moved from a physically active job to a desk job for the most part and now my ankles and legs swell up after only a few hrs at work. Does anyone have any tips on how to prevent this? Thanks!

pain in my arm
Has anyone ever experienced pain in the armpit that gets a little wider and worse each day? No lumps, off colors or anything out of the ordinary, only pain. It has spread down into my upper inner arm.

dieting with families
I really need help figuring out how to diet with a husband and 3 young kids. Thwy don't want to eat grass for dinner. The temptation is so strong sometimes to eat what I have prepared for them. How do you all overcome this?
