Not Off to a Good Start
I forgot to weigh myself this morning so I decided to do it after I ate lunch that I overindulged in. Ended up eating 3 chocolate chip cookies from McDonald's along with a 6" Turkey and Sour Cream Baked Lays from Subway. Al least I had water to drink. I have got to do better if I plan on losing 10 pounds this month.…
