Machine calorie total vs. MFP calorie total: which do you us
Example: When I do the elliptical, it will say that I've burned about 300 calories in 30 minutes. However, on MFP, it will say that I burned 540+ calories. Which one do you guys prefer to use? This huge gap makes me weary of the calories counts for classes where I don't have a machine to tell me the exact calorie burn....

Water, Water, Water!
Why is it so hard for me to remember to drink my water? I'll drink diet soda, tea, but I never seem motivated to simply drink some water :( . Any tips on how to reach your daily water intake? I know this is a big key for me when losing weight! Helped me in the first round (68 lbs). Thanks!

Should I work out if I have a little cold?
I have a little cold , aka minor soar throat, runny nose, sneezing, etc. Would it be bad if I worked out today? some say it helps get the cold out of your system while others says I should go straight to bed...I want to work out because I don't have that many calories left for the day lol. Where did my motivation go? I want it back!
Hi there, I'm so fustrated with myself! About two-three years ago, I lost 68 lbs while in college. Over time, I've gained half of it back! To make things worse, I'm a fitness instructor.
