Looking for support, ideas, etc. I am starting to work out again today for first time in 2 months. . . need to cut back on wine and eliminate all junk-- eat much cleaner.
I need to log in daily-- where do you do this, not just with food (which I need to eat less of in general and much more healthfully) but also less wine, less spending and MORE exercise.
