I need to log in daily-- where do you do this, not just with food (which I need to eat less of in general and much more healthfully) but also less wine, less spending and MORE exercise. I also want to add enriching activities to my life (more time with friends, meditation, travel, learn to play tennis, cook more).
So today's goal (July 25th) : workout for 60 minutes; eat very light (semi-cleanse), 1 glass of wine only.
