counting pt exercises?
Question...since I have a broken leg...no weight bearing. How do I get any exercise points? I go to pt three times a week, and do leg lifts..haa. Just using my walker right now and carrying all of my body weight is workout in itself. Just confused on how to track this. Hope you all had a great day!

Hi... I have been a lurker here...and have just decided that I am going to do this. Problem is..I have a broken leg...my femur. I still cannot bear weight on it at all yet, so excercising is veryyy limited except what i do in pt. I would love some new friends here to help get me motivated and on the right track.

broken femur/new here
HI....I am new here...but am so desperate to change my eating habits. I am struggling with a broken femur though..that makes moving not really possible. I do go to pt three times a day, so my moving is increasing everyday. I am tired of being this heavy and would love anyone with suggestions or even just a pat on the back.…
