How do you log "plank" exercises in MFP?
Sorry if this has already been asked (I searched the forums and couldn't find the answer). I can't find anything in the Strength Training section that approximates the "plank" commonly used in Pilates etc. Any suggestions on how to track this exercise would be welcome.
