I' so excited
Today is my 43rd birthday .... that's not what i'm excited about, although i'm sure it will be a lovely day :happy: No, i'm excited because today i stepped on the scale and i weigh 210lbs or exactly 15 stone!!! 2 Stone gone!!
Finally! I have been on this journey since February 14th 2009 and was struggling to move past the 1.5 stone mark. Tonight i took my new bike and rode around our local reservoir - 3.8 miles.
