Weekly weightloss goal?
To start with I had my weekly weightloss goal at a1lb a week.Struggled to eat all the calories.Thought would change it to 2lb a week.Less calories but think will find it easier enough to do with exercise calories added on.Just not sure if i've done the right thing.And was wondering what sort of weekly weightloss goal…

Whats the best exercise?
Ok so i got the cardio sorted.But need to do some sort of resistance training.Live rural so can't go to the gym for weight training.What else is just as good to do at home?
