Let's get one thing straight - you DON'T NEED A GYM!!! It's the biggest excuse ever LOL You have everything you need at home. Start with pure bodyweight - squats, lunges, crunches, Russian twists, plank, push-ups, dips - do 12 of each x 3.
If you want to add more resistance, use a towel to do pull-ups and for chest flies, rows, presses, etc. fill up water bottles with water, sand or rice - according to how much weight you want to add. Remember that light weights are a complete waste of time - you're better off progressing with steeper angles, inclinations, plyometrics and levels of stability and using your own bodyweight - than messing around with smaller weights. Your own bodyweight is far far more productive! If you're already very fit and strong and want to progress even further then the best piece of equipment you can indulge in is a TRX - a whole home gym that takes up less room than two pairs of shoes lol
Good luck. Enjoy - and feel free to PM me if you want some workout ideas to get those muscles working overtime0 -
If you don't have a gym, and want to do strength training, Convict Conditioning is the routine for you.0
