less fiber, more calories?
how can i decrease my fiber intake while increase my calories? i'm often under my calories (by 200-300cal) but waaaaaayyyyy over fiber amt (most days i eat at least 30 if not closer to 50-60)... i'm a pescatarian (vegetarian that eats seafood) so naturally i eat a ton of veggies, whole wheats, etc...i really don't want to…

varying calorie levels....
so i've noticed over the past week, my caloric intake is all over the place varying from 1100 (days when i'm not very hungry) to 1600 (when i'm hungry or completed 2 workouts)....is this bad or good for my metabolism? does this happen to anyone else? should i work to keep my calories at an even level every day?

advice for working out twice a day
does anyone out there workout twice a day? what would be the best foods to eat in between workouts? can i do 2 cardio workouts in one day? i mostly swim, run & do some jillian michaels toning dvd's.... any advice would be helpful! thanks!

drinking too much water?
i know this is possible....but could it be hindering my weight loss? i drink about 128 oz of water throughout the day because i am THIRSTY!!!! ....work out at least 60 min (most days over 120mins) & drink during the workout (small sips here & there) am i drinking too much water? how much water do other ppl drink?
