I work 2-3 days a week back office at a pretty busy medical practice. During those days I am usually on my feet at least 7 out of the 8 hours I'm there. When I used to wear my bodymedia it estimated me to burn around 2800-3000 calories total for the day. Should I be increasing my calories on those days? I am at 1600-1800…
So I bought some red chard at Sprouts, It looked gorgeous but I have NO idea how to cook/prepare it! Haha I thought about throwing it in with my raw kale salad. Any other ideas?
