Beans, hemp seeds, quinoa, freekeh, edemame, tofu, tempeh and good old protein powder. I use nutribiotic plain rice protein and the Vega One Nutritional line. I don't really eat dairy so it is a little bit more difficult for me but definiately doable. Since your vegetarian, you can also have greek yogurt.

The shock absorber bras are really good! I have also used moving comfort and glamorise bra's with good luck. Too be honest, I usually have to double up as I do plyo and lot's of high impact jumping exercises.

Too many! Haha I usually have two in the morning and occasionally two at night if I need help meeting my protein goals. I have eaten up to 6 in one day though! :blushing:

I started at a 40I and am now down to a 32H. My breast have gotten a lot smaller but you wouldn't think or be able to tell that because I am technically just one cup size down from where I started. Not at my goal weight yet but hoping to get down to a 32DD/E. Good luck! :flowerforyou:

Hi! I do have results pics on my profile (not sure how to post them here) which are from TurboFire. I lost 25 lbs and did The Prep round as well as the regular schedule. I LOVE turbo fire and occasionally still add in the HIT's for an intense but short workout.

I used to HATE being tall but now I love it! I would actually love to be an inch or two taller hehe. BMI is baloney. Don't pay attention to it. If you're at a healthy BF% that stupid BMI chart doesn't matter.

Turbo Fire is AMAZING! I started it at nearly 250 lbs but just used the modifications in the beginning. Great workout and a ton of fun! Insanity is VERY hard on the knees and if you are already overweight I wouldn't suggest doing that one first. It is a great workout though but very intense and can be hard on the joints.

145-160. I have never been that low in weight so I have no idea what my body will actually look like. I would like to reserve some of my curves though and weight train 3x weekly which I think is helping to shape my body in the way I want.

Still going down but I started at a 40I at 240 lbs and now at a 34GG at 177. Hope it will continue to go down a few more cup sizes with the last 30 lbs and if not I will be looking at a reduction. I think it depends on how much of your breast tissue is density vs fat and also if you had a larger cup size at a lower weight.

You need to see a Dr. Only pooping 3x per month is not healthy or normal. While some of these replies are good suggestions they are just quick fixes and you need to get to the root of the problem and not just temporarily mask it.
