The grapefruit diet! I only lasted a day and a half haha. I also tried to do a week long juice fast and that didn't go very well either. I think that one lasted 3 days.

I'm currently doing Chalean Extreme and have the bowflex selectechs. Seriously BEST investment I have made! I plan on doing body beast after Chalean and lot's of the other ladies in the BodyBeast 4 Women group on Facebook use the selectechs too. I usually up my calories whenever I hit a plateau. There have been times that I temporarily put on 1-3 lbs. It always comes off plus some though, It just takes a bit of time. I eat between 1600-2200 depending on how active I am. Stats are 5'8 and currently 178 :)

I have a bulging disk in my back and slight arthritis in my lower spine. I'm only 23 and I lift heavy weights! My back problems have actually improved with weight lifting. Just eat more! Add coconut oil or olive oil, nuts and seeds are healthy and great option to add calories. I add chia or flax seeds to oatmeal, sunflower seeds or almonds on salad (sometimes both) pistachios or cashews for a snack. You can also try adding them into your advocare shakes :)

I'm 5'8 SW:240-246 CW:184.4 (Size 14) GW:144-155 (More of a range but I would like to be a size 6-8) I am an hourglass/inverted triangle shape. I have wide shoulders and a large bust but my hips are not as wide as my shoulders. My problem areas are my stomach and thighs :(

Hi, I have completed the 5 month schedule of TF and lost 25 lbs. I am currently doing a Hybrid with TF/Les Mills Pump and am so far down 5 lbs. That would be approximately 30 lbs with TF. I have pics but I don't know how to add them here. Turbo Fire is a GREAT program! I love it.
