I have a question. If I consume a lot of gum... a pack a day is this going to hurt my weightloss? I know that its bad for me because of my jaw and just the acid in my stomach but i wondered if anyone knew if it affected my weightloss

So, I would consider myself extremely athletic. I work out every day, I teach aerobics classes, I run, I watch what I eat 90% accurately, and .... I'm not dropping pounds? I am sliming in inches but I need to see something right? I mean... I am doing all this work, all these preventative measures. BUT heres what I'm asking…

Hey guys, I love working out but I find the more friends I have that do hard workouts the more inspired i get! I just want to create a solid support system that motivates each other.. so if you're killing it on the work outs add me! and lets compare :)

Movie time
I'm going to the movies tonight... I've already had a good, healthy dinner.. and today i treated myself to a york for my chocolate.. I do have calories left over but i don't want to go over my sodium with the popcorn ... what do i do? do i not eat? diet soda?

i failed and i didn't do wrong :(
3 pound weight gain after 2 weeks. what the hell. I've never been so surprised... I was just thinking if anything I'd maintain. But I'm at a loss for words. I'm thinking I need to weight myself more often and see how my body reacts to the food? I have no idea what to do all i wanted was to drop 5 more pounds

Okay, so after 2 weeks KILLING my workouts, eating under my calories (i admit i had a bad weekend) I only drop 1 pound!? Can you guys PLEASEEEE help me, look over my diary, etc. WHATEVER IT TAKES I want to see results and I can't help but be so discouraged by this number. I want to break 130!! HELP
