how are you not hungry? you cant live just fearing whats for dinner you need to be eating at least five times a day so that your metabolism isn't slowing down. get some snacks flowing... i know that after just doing my daily tasks i'll want something to snack on to help me have energy through the day

I say yes! the thing about P90X is that its great and all but its a dvd with the same workouts... You need to add something in there that you can do thats different and provides you with more variety. Perfect solution: cardio! I raised mine to 1700 and didn't get any results I'm back to 1200 aroundddd there and I'm dropping weight. I think its just about what your body does.. just try a few different things and see what works best sticking to it for at least 2 weeks to get somewhat accurate results. good luck!

I signed up for this with a goal of dropping 6 pounds I am discouraged also because i did decent this week but i didn't break any pounds! I don't want to give up though I know that I can drop those 6 pounds too but it might be more difficult or I might have to work harder. What are you doing to drop those last pounds?
