So, I would consider myself extremely athletic. I work out every day, I teach aerobics classes, I run, I watch what I eat 90% accurately, and .... I'm not dropping pounds?
I am sliming in inches but I need to see something right?
I mean... I am doing all this work, all these preventative measures.
BUT heres what I'm asking
what should I do with my diet?
should I exercise less? eat less? i don't know I just want to pass that 130 mark and be able to stay under it!

I'm curious as to how tall you are and how much you weigh. Is it possible your body is telling you that you are where you need to be for your body type?0

It's the inches that count, dear, not the scale.0

If you're slimming in inches that's awesome! That means you're losing fat. If you're over 130 lbs but have a lower percentage of body fat then you're much better off than someone under 130 with a highter percentage of body fat. Know what I mean? I'd consider then number on your pants dropping to be a much bigger success than the number on your scale.
That said, I know that what the scale says is crucial to some feeling successful. Do what you've got to do, but I think it sounds like what you're doing is working.0 -
I would first say, forget 130. Not because it's not obtainable, but the numbers don't REALLY matter. If you're losing inches, chances are you're doing the right thing. We all have an "ideal" weight, but it's a mental block at best.
What are your diet percentages for protein, fat & carbs? If you're that active, they should probably be 40% (protein), 40% (carbs) and 20% fat.0 -
You need to eat your exercise calories. It looks like most days you're getting 400-800 net calories and some days you're not getting any. You have to eat back the calories you burn so that your body has nutrition on which to function properly.
When I started trying to lose weight after my son was born I was only getting 400-700 net calories per day. I didn't lose any weight for 3 months. As soon as I started eating the right amount of calories, including exercise calories, I started losing immediately.0 -
Taking just a quick peek at your diary suggests you're not eating enough. Also, you're not logging your water. Are you drinking 8-12 glasses of water every day?0

You should be perfectly healthy at this weight. Focus on burning some fat or building more muscle. And definitely eat more.0
