Finally getting serious about weight loss- Would love some

Hi All,

I'm sure everyone has been through their ups and downs of weight loss, their months or even week (I've been there) of enthusiasm, dieting and exercising, and then ending up back at the same weight or worse soon after. I can't keep this up. I need to get serious and make it happen this time. I'm a sophomore in college and I'm seeing my mom for the first time in a month on Friday 2/25. I want her to notice a difference! If anyone wants to friend me I would love your support and motivation and I would to help support you! Lets get rid of this weight for good!

    Remember, THIS IS NOT A DIET!!!!!!!! This is a lifestyle change. You are going to make healthier choices about what you eat, how much you eat and exercise. You are welcome to make me your friend and view my diary as I have spent hours shopping for healthier food. Also make your diary visible so that everyone can give you suggestions if they see something that needs to be improved. Welcome to the family.
  • Good luck...I know how you feel. I have come t the conclusion that I have a lot to live for and I need to get healthier.
