Hi guys, I've been loosing the weight very slowly and it's hard for me to notice a change... I've lost about 18-20lbs .... I just joined a gym and got some personal trainer sessions on the books... How do you log in exercesite from a Bootcamp?
I finally signed up for an hour long bootcamp....Monday, Wed, Fri and Sat .... I'm so excited!! I'm not sure how I would log that type of exercise.... it's weight training, cardio, streching, etc...etc.. Any help would be greatly appreciated :happy:
