HELP! Logging Fitbit/ MFP cardio, I don't understand!
Fitbit usually updates and syncs with MFP. I did 30DS this morning and now it doesn't seem to update / sync. What am I supposed to do? I know fitbit didn't pick up all the calories I burnt. I've looked at others who have asked the same question but I'm just not understanding what to do.

Foods w/ just calories?
What kind of foods just have calories....I get to a point where my other macros have turned red but I need to full fill my calories, what do you eat to do this? I can't seem to work them all out to green!

New shoes=cellulitis=Hosp for IV antibiotics
Just wonder if anyone has ever worn new shoes and opened the backs of their heels, and then a couple days later had an extremely infected foot that landed them in the hospital getting IV antibiotics for two days. If so, how long did you wait to work out and or what are some things you could do to work out? I'm so drained…

I am new so I apologize....just not understanding the Net Calories. Do I only eat my BMR or do I eat both BMR and exercise calories?
