I too would like to understand better. I've been on here for a long time now but have read many topics about how your net is supposed to be 1200 plus exercise calories. I too feel I've been doing it all wrong. Bump to read responses.

Question to all...If you wear a heart rate monitor will that give you more accurate cal burn? I walked mod fast 3/ jogged 1 mile and my heart rate monitor said I burned 600 today. Just wondering if heart rate monitors over estimate too?! Thanks! Andrea

I'll pass on the deep fried butter. Yuck! So who cares what your protein numbers are? I can deal w/ that! I just can't stand when sugar and sodium go deep in the red but I want to eat all my calories they say you have to eat, even burnt ones....appears it's impossible.

Protein, fiber, sodium, and sugar always end up in red. Protein especially!! Sugar gets second, however I don't worry about fiber. I just want to eat foods that have calories, carbs, and fat w/o dipping in the other at the end of a day. Pretty simple. I can't ever seem to find this happiness.

So what's everyone's highest protein?! Mine always ends up really high just so I use up my calories..

Just finished L3/ D4, definitely work your way through each level it, it gets easier! Level 2 was the hardest for me for some reason and it took til day 6 or 7 before it got easier but it did.:happy: I've enjoyed it and have lost inches! i'm in the same boat....can't seem to move but at a snails pace and a yo-yo......I was able to log a .02 improvement the other day...yipee (sarcastic) I'm hearing that if you do more weight lifting it will not only tone but will help drop it fast. That's not good news, but very informative....I thought the same, fill cereal to the brim of 1 cup...yikes!!! Sad day =( I use my scale for everything also however when something said 1 cup, I got out the measuring cup. I'm going to go wish I could forget this now. LOL ;o)

Are you eating by their meal plan too? I can't seem to do their exercise plan (too much time) OR the meal but I work in a few of their workouts a few times a week!
