Foods w/ just calories?

What kind of foods just have calories....I get to a point where my other macros have turned red but I need to full fill my calories, what do you eat to do this? I can't seem to work them all out to green!

haha umm none, u either go over, stay under, or change everything else, if something had no nutritional value, just calories ppl woulnt eat it, even chocolate or alchol has carbs, sugar, fiber, fat0

It's impossible for food to have "just calories". Calories come from fat, protein, and carbs. You just have to try to balance out the major macros better.0

booze, wine, beer...candy...anything that would be considered an empty calorie....but they'll still be carbs; there's nothing really that's just a calorie. You'd be better off with some veggies or something....though I can't say that I practice what I preach.0

I think even pure vodka has carbs ( i could be wrong) and drinking rubbing alcohol will kill you.
Sugar has carbs.

I would suggest googleing it but i doubt you will find anything.. i agree with the others here.. Just stay under calories and lose faster??0

Um food gets their calories from carbs, sugar, fat, protein etc. What you're asking for is impossible.
Alcohol has carbs/sugar. That's why many alcoholics crave sugar when they quit drinking. True story.0 -

I was wondering this too. Sometimes I'm WAY under calories but have maxed out my macros or are getting close. Any low-fat higher calorie options you guys know of?0

There are four sources of calories.
Carbs. Fats. Proteins.. and alcohols.
Alcohol has 7 calories per gram.
But yes, all alcoholic drinks have other nutrients in them. Straight alcohol is toxic.0 -

OP - the only way to get calories with no carbs, fat or protein is with alcohol.
If you have calories left, you should have at least one of your macros left in green, unless the numbers are wrong. If you have to overshoot one, go for protein. Try not to worry so much about getting the numbers exactly right, but aiming for a better overall balance each day.0 -

Say what? Sugar is a carb. Fat is a macronutrient, and a very important one at that. In fact, all food/beverage is made up of fat, carbs, protein or alcohol. You can't have calories without at least one of those four components.0 -
Just let some of the numbers be red! Those macro targets are not magic numbers that you HAVE TO meet exactly. They're meant to keep you generally on track. If you try to have every number green on every single day you will soon drive yourself nuts.0

That's a lot of protein. o__o I looked at a lean body mass calculator and it says ideally for me mine would be around 86lbs.
I...I just don't think it's physically possible to eat 86lbs of meat in a day.

and you should be over on protein & fiber because mfp sets it way too low anyways. I'm usually under on everything but over on those, and it's worked beautifully for me!
My protein is usually somewhere between 130-190 on average, and MFP has it set WAYYYY below that.0 -

The only way to be out of macros before you're out of calories is you've got a food item that is incorrect...
Kind of the reverse of the item shown here
Aldi - Chicken Breast (Raw) 200 g
230 calories with 0 macros tracked.. no fat.. .no protein.... no carbs as expected since it's not breaded.
that item should have protein and fat and probably some sodium listed...
your problem is the reverse... they've got calories logged but maybe not enough for the macros shown. IE 100 calories of "food" intake and 400 calories of macros logged.
Have a look at your food diary and see if anything logged "doesn't add up" properly.0 -

One of those macros she is referring to is "fat". Another would be "carbs". Neither sugar (carbs) nor fat would keep her from going further over in fat or carbs.
All that said, I believe the answer to OP's question is, "there are none".0
