Anyone Using RunKeeper.com?
I'm a runner and have been using RunKeeper.com to keep track of my runs, walks and hikes. You can use it for just about any activity and it will import data from Polar HRMs, Garmin GPS/HRMs and other devices. If you use RunKeeper, you can add me to your StreetTeam (which is like adding friends in MFP). My RunKeeper profile…

Martin Luther King - Day of Service
I realize this is totally off topic and not fitness related but a lot of my MFPeeps have kids. I came up this information and activity so families can discuss why the Martin Luther King Day of Service is important and what we can do to make America better for each other. Losing My Pants
For the last three weeks my size 36 pants don't fit right. The belt bunches up the waist and the cuffs bunch up around my shoes. I've been sporting quite the hobo look. Although I'm happy about the weigh loss and feeling great, I don't feel very confident with my loose fitting clothes. My dilemma is that I'm planning to…

Losing Weight in the Feet?
I've dropped about 10 lbs and I've noticed that the leather flaps(?) on my shoelace eyelets are nearly touching. Is it possible that I'm losing fat in my feet? Has anyone else experienced this? I really like these shoes (sigh).
