I decided again to start this journey and this time it's going to stick! I started at 315 pounds and I have lost 50 pounds in 100 days. I feel great and I don't even feel like I'm dieting. So far I'm looking to lose a total of 140 pounds or till I feel it's enough. Feel free to add me! :wink:
