Obstacle training. Ideas?
Hello. I'm going to be doing the Warrior Dash in October. I wondered if people had any ideas on training for all the climbing obstacles.

Question for people who have an active job
I'm a massage therapist and after doing a 60 minute deep tissue massage I am STARVING. Now, keep in mind I do up to 6 of them a day. I need a low calorie, quick snack to eat that will fill me and fuel me for the next massage. Suggestions?
