Question for people who have an active job

I'm a massage therapist and after doing a 60 minute deep tissue massage I am STARVING. Now, keep in mind I do up to 6 of them a day.

I need a low calorie, quick snack to eat that will fill me and fuel me for the next massage. Suggestions?

    I am a store manager. My snacks are as follows: 50 cal string cheese, 90 cal rice pudding, 20 cal packs of pistachios, fit n active smores 90 cal packs....I am on my feet all day and have to eat really fast so its tiny amounts of calories all day from breakfast til dinner that keep me going.

    100 calorie almond packs and low-carb protein bars are a life saver for me when I'm working.
