plateau buggerness
any ideas on how to kick a plateau up the *kitten*??? been stuck on 79.9kg the past 4 days despite exercising hard and countin cals any advice??

feeling good
damm im feeling so good these days... no junk food or crap of any sort taking in 150 grams of protein a day and about 90 grams of carbs liftin weights hard... starting to get my muscle tone back and my gut is shrinkin!! happy irish man right here :-)

weight loss stall
so the weigh scales have really been annoyin my *kitten* recently.. 13 stone 2 weeks ago.. weighed myself then again 5 days later was 12 stone 4... happy days so i taught, hopped on the scale today and was 12 stone 10 pound i mean what the ****!!!! i havent even been bold.. been keepin to 1500-1600 cals a day and working…

howdi folks havent been on here in a loooooong time around 10months :-( and in that time ive gained 1 stone 7 pound... so im currently around the 13 stone mark ideally id like to get down to maybe 11 and a half stone lose the belly tone up and add some muscle so im back on the healthy eating buzz and hitting the gym…
