plateau buggerness

any ideas on how to kick a plateau up the *kitten*???
been stuck on 79.9kg the past 4 days despite exercising hard and countin cals
any advice??

    Your energy expenditure and energy intake are either the same and you need to either cut calories or increase exercise. OR it's possible that you are eating to little, causing your metabolism to slow down reducing the amount of calories you actually need to consume (that's not a very good thing).

    You have to be a troll......with as many "plateau" threads as there are on here, there is no way you don't know 4 days isn't a plateau. It's not even a stall....
    If you're serious, you better re-evaluate your expectations or you're headed to join the 1200 Club.....
