I have had a cold for a little over a week and I have been so tired and can't breath through my nose and have a cough. This has really affected me because I haven't been to the gym or worked out since, and I am losing motivation very quickly. I have a little addiction to sugar and I need help. I have been able to reduce my calorie and sodium intake but I am still eating way way to much sugar. Are there any little tips to helping decrease sugar?
