I'm 24 years old and am overweight by 100 pounds. Should in focus more on cardio for now until losing a chunk then add in weight lifting? What worked for you?

Treadmill noise
Anyone have this problem? How do you fix it? So I am a bigger girl and I have tried running on a treadmill but I seem to make SOOO much noise (feet hitting treadmill) when everyone else around me is quite on running. Am I running wrong?

Im addicted to Diet coke and Diet Dr. Pepper. I drink about 70-90 oz of it a day and most of the time maybe 8 oz of plain water a day. I do not like coffee or tea. how to get active when exhausted
Ok I feel like such a loser these days. I recently joined weight watchers but I know I need to exercise too. I work mon-fri 8 to (6:30-7 most days) and by the time I get home I am to exhausted to go to the Gym. I cant get myself to wake up at 5 or 6 in the morning to exercise becuase I alway hit the snooze.
