congrats. go easy on the exercise right now; if you go too intense it can cause stress on baby. which can cause a loss. please go easy. Fingers crossed for you!

10,000 steps can be hard for a beginner so building up can be a good goal. today im going to try for this. i make a game out it. or just drinking an extra glass of water instead of pop. small changes really do lead to big changes

finding time to exercise. Honestly I guess I was in denial,. I didn't think it matter as long as after I exercised that my calories were under 1200. Thank you for the brutal honesty. It stung some but it was effective. I really appreciate it.

I have been struggling with this for 7 months now! I lost almost 20 pounds and gained it all back. I go to the gym three times a week! I go back and forth between stair stepper and treadmill.
