Is too much fruit not good?
Is it bad to eat too much fruit a day because of the sugar? For example: 1 banana for breakfast 5 slices of pineapple for lunch 1 kiwi for dinner 1 Suja Green Delight smoothie for a snack Is that bad? Should I tune it down a notch?
