TDEE calculators vs fitbit
All the tdee calculators I have used give me a tdee around 2154. I am 5'2, female, 152 lbs. My fitbit says on days I work out (3x a week for an hour) this is correct. However, on other days my fitbit says I burn about 1700 calories. I am close to my goal by about 8-10 pounds. How would you handle this? Would you eat at a…

Fitbit and mfp not syncing right
Anyone else having issues getting mfp and fitbit to sync? Both work fine separately. I can only get them to sync by unlinking my fitbit from mfp and then relinking it. Otherwise it doesn't sync? Help?

TDEE question
I know your supposed to do tdee minus 20% if you want to lose 2 pounds a week, 15% to lose 1.5 pounds, and 10% to lose one pound. However I also see people say that to lose a pound it should be tdee minus 500 calories so that you can lose up to 3500 a week. Are both ways right? You get different numbers doing it each way.…
